Open the app and tap Book a Court on the home screen. Browse partner academies near you, select a date, pick an available time slot on the calendar grid, and confirm your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation notification.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each partner academy. Go to My Bookings in the app to view your booking details, where cancellation options (if available) will be shown. For issues, contact us at genkisportz1@gmail.com.
How does the equipment rental work?
During the court booking flow, you'll see an add-ons screen where you can add equipment (rackets, shuttlecocks, shoes, towels, etc.) to your session. Items are priced per-hour or flat-rate, and stock is validated in real time to ensure availability.
How do I join a tournament?
Navigate to the Tournaments section in the app. Browse upcoming events, view details, and tap Register to join. You can also join via a shared invite link sent by another player.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway. We do not store your full card details. For payment issues or refunds, contact us at genkisportz1@gmail.com with your booking reference.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit an account deletion request via our Delete Account page. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 5–7 business days. This action cannot be undone.
What data does Genki SportZ collect?
We collect the information needed to provide our services — such as your phone number, profile details, and location (to find nearby courts). Please review our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
Is Genki SportZ free to use?
Yes — the app is free to download and use. You only pay for court bookings, equipment rentals, tournament registrations, and marketplace transactions within the app.
